About enterprise

Kharkov Central Design Offoce created in 1956 and up to 1992 worked as Kharkov branch CKB, it was main organization for several direction of boiler & turbine manufacture in Ministry of Energy of USSR.

 Since 1992 to 2002 Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” was a structural unit of Ministry of Fuel & Energy of Ukraine

Since 2002 Kharkov CKB “Energoprogress” works on the rights of “Kotloturboprom” Ltd branch (Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” branch of Kotloturboprom Ltd).
 
The main activity of CDO “Energoprogress” is fulfillment of engineering main and auxiliary boiler and turbine equipment and also steam and water pipelines of TPP, TPS of industrial enterprises and heat supply stations.

 According to developed by CDO “Energoprogress” project, design and technology documentation, it is implemented reconstruction and technical rehabilitation more than 900 boilers with steam output from 50 t/h to 2600 t/h and about 800 turbines different types, powered from 6 MW to 800 MW, and also pipelines of TPP and TPS in Ukraine, Russia and other countries. 

  • Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” has a state license for the right for implementation of design works, technology design and functions of the general developer in reconstruction, modernization and technical reequipment of main and auxiliary equipment and thermal stations pipeline systems. 
  • The high quality of our products confirmed by the Ukrainian and international certificates that applies management system to requirements of ISO 9001-2000. 
  • Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” performs design on stage of technical, commercial and tender offers, technical feasibilities, alleged technical projects, working drafts for manufacture main and auxiliary boiler and turbine equipment and also steam and water pipelines  of TPP and TPS. 
  • Executing assembly drawings, instructions for installation and operation, assignmen of ACS TP, building part. It is issued all the necessary documentation for General Engineering. 
  • During development implementation it is carried supervision and participation in commissioning and testing. 
  • To carry out design work Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” uses modern calculation methods and designing. 
  • Along with the standard modern software, it uses developed by Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” in common with Institute of Cybernetics NANU in the name of Glushkov, specialized software complex of modeling and optimization of thermal circuits and construction of the heating surfaces of boilers.
  • The organization built productive relations with research Institutes and Plants – manufacturers of power equipment.
  • Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” formed an effective team of professionals: managers, qualified designers, engineers, estimator, programmers, system administrators, support staff.
  • For personnel - fully equipped automatic work place, Science and Technology Library, a fund of normative documents, that contains more than 3000 documents, local computer network with electronic search system, e-mail, access to the global internet

 Kharkov CDO “Energoprogress” has the possibility to fulfill a complex development of boiler unit, starting from concept development to working documentation and manufacture technology of boiler elements

 The experience of technical reequipment ensured the successful implementation of works for last years, directed for increasing economy, mobility, extend the life time period of equipment and also increase of electrical and heat power
